Alert description
The vehicle gateway (GTW) detects the Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) heater electronic control unit (ECU) is running a firmware version that may not be compatible with the firmware installed on the rest of the vehicle.
Potential impact
Thermal management system features depending on PTC heater functionality may be limited or unavailable.
Set condition
The GTW detects the PTC heater ECU running a different firmware version than expected.
Clear condition
The GTW no longer detects the PTC heater ECU running a different firmware version than expected.
