The BMS detects that the state of charge (SOC) of the high voltage (HV) battery is too low to support driving.

The vehicle begins end-of-drive ramp down.
Set condition
The BMS detects that the SOC is below the threshold to support driving.
Clear condition
The BMS detects that the SOC is high enough to support driving.
