Alert description
The battery management system (BMS) has detected that precharge was too slow to allow fast charge (FC).
Potential impact
The vehicle cannot DC FC.
Set condition
The BMS detects that the voltage on the DC link bus is rising slower than it should be.
Clear condition
The BMS detects that the condition clears.
