PROC_ICE_X_GATEWAY-REBOOT
Reboots the Gateway (GTW).
PROC_ICE_X_GATEWAY-SAFE-REBOOT
Formats the Gateway (GTW) SD card
PROC_ICE_X_FORMAT-SD-CARD
Requests Gateway (GTW) and User Interface (UI) reboot once vehicle is parked and displays are off.
PROC_ICE_X_STANDBY-REBOOT-GTW
Updates HomeLink configuration. If the HomeLink icon does not appear in the controls panel after the reboot, exit and lock the vehicle to initiate another reboot.
PROC_VCFRONT_X_HOMELINK-RETROFIT
Discharges the High Voltage (HV) Battery using a compatible V3 Supercharger.
PROC_HV_X_SUPERDISCHARGE
Runs the HVAC Refrigerant Distribution task.
PROC_VCRIGHT_X_THERMAL-HVAC-REFRIGERANT-DISTRIBUTION
Starts the HVAC Refrigerant Distribution task.
PROC_VCRIGHT_X_THERMAL-HVAC-REFRIGERANT-DISTRIBUTION-START
Stops the HVAC Refrigerant Distribution task.
PROC_VCRIGHT_X_THERMAL-HVAC-REFRIGERANT-DISTRIBUTION-STOP
This routine clears the High Voltage Battery Management System (HVBMS) isolation counters, which clears BMS_a027_SW_Repeated_Isolation_Failure_In_Drive and BMS_a172_SW_Isolation_Failure_In_Drive_Warning alerts. Execute this routine after repairing any isolation issue on the vehicle's High Voltage (HV) system. The HVBMS isolation counters latch the alerts BMS_a027 and BMS_a172 when reaching a certain count threshold.
PROC_HVBMS_X_RESET-ISOLATION-COUNTERS
This routine creates a backup copy of High Voltage Controller (HVC) data and saves it onto the car computer. The backup data is needed when performing an HVC ECU Restore.
PROC_HVC_X_ECU-REPLACEMENT-BACKUP
This routine writes the most recently saved High Voltage Controller (HVC) ECU backup data on the car computer to the newly installed HVC. During the routine, two CAN ECU redeploys will occur which is expected. The entire procedure will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. See Toolbox Article 6523500 for more specific details. Requirements: - New compatible HVC is installed (See Toolbox Article 6569500) - LV battery is supported by a LV maintainer - First responder loop is connected - Every connection within the ancillary bay is made
PROC_HVC_X_ECU-REPLACEMENT-RESTORE
Check pedal resting position within tolerance and learn VIN
PROC_IBST_X_IBST-PEDAL
Clears the Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) in the iBooster (IBST) Electronic Control Unit (ECU).
PROC_IBST_X_CLEAR-DTCS
The enter Autopilot Retrofit Mode procedure allows for internet communication on Hardware 3 (HW3) Autopilot electronic control units (ECUs).
PROC_ICE_X_ENTER-RETROFIT-MODE
Pressurizes all calipers from IDB.
PROC_IDB_BLEED-CALIPER
This routine is used to reset the drive unit immobilizer key. This re-learns the code that pairs the drive unit with the security controller (BCCEN). This routine needs to be performed when either the security controller is replaced or the drive unit is permanently removed from a vehicle.
PROC_BCCEN_X_IMMOBILIZER-RESET
This routine can be used to reset the drive unit immobilizer to the virgin state. This unlearns the code that pairs a drive unit to the security controller. This routine needs to be performed when either the security controller is replaced or the drive unit is permanently removed from a vehicle. Immobilizer reset takes 15 minutes. During this time, DI_immobilizerState will be in RESET, and at the end of the procedure it will become DISARMED. Drive rail must remain on throughout the entire procedure. When the immobilizer reads "Disarmed", the drive unit can be paired with the security controller the next time it is powered on.
PROC_DI_X_IMMOBILIZER-RESET
Requests infotainment system reboot. Gateway (GTW) does not reboot.
PROC_ICE_X_REBOOT
The procedure runs a staged firmware update after 120 seconds.
PROC_ICE_X_INSTALL-UPDATE
Integrated Dynamic Brake (IDB) Pedal Travel Sensor Calibration
PROC_IDB_CALIBRATE-PEDAL-TRAVEL-SENSOR
Integrated Dynamic Brake (IDB) Pressure Sensor Calibration
PROC_IDB_CALIBRATE-PRESSURE-SENSOR
Run interior camera fan to detect noise
PROC_VCRIGHT_DAS_RUN-INTERIOR-CAMERA-FAN
Run this routine after replacing the Li-Ion Low Voltage (LV) battery. Checks the fitted battery variant, adjusts vehicle configurations to the fitted variant type, and resets the required controllers and battery data.
