The Autopilot electronic control unit (ECU) determines an evasive maneuver is necessary to avoid a possible collision. The driver can prevent the evasive maneuver, but the alert will still set.

The Autopilot ECU determines an evasive maneuver is needed.
Clear condition
The Autopilot ECU determines an evasive maneuver is no longer needed.
