The battery management system (BMS) has detected that the charge port door is open and the fast charge (FC) contactors are welded.

Inability to charge, drive, or support the low voltage (LV) system
Set condition
The BMS detects that the charge port door is open and the FC contactors are welded.
Clear condition
The BMS detects that the charge port door is closed or FC contactors are not welded.
