The BMS detects an SOC delta that is outside of the expected threshold between the minimum brick SOC and the average brick SOC of the pack, and the alert BMS_a164_Brick_SOC_Imbalance is not active.
Clear condition
The BMS detects an SOC delta that is within the expected threshold between the minimum brick SOC and the average brick SOC of the pack.
