Alert description
The battery management system (BMS) has limited the rate of charging until cell temperatures increase.
Potential impact
The HV battery charge rate is limited by cold cell temperature, and input charge power is applied to heating the pack.
Set condition
The BMS detects charging is active and the cell temperature is below the minimum threshold.
Clear condition
The BMS detects that the condition clears.
