Set condition
The computed alpha estimate for a brick is repeatedly below the alert Alpha threshold. Note: This Threshold comes via CAN from UI Data Field -> GTW -> BMS via MCU_dSocAlertThreshold.
Clear condition
The CLEAR_SOC1_SNAPSHOT UDS StartRoutine is invoked.
