What this task does

Restore power for ALL components on ALL managing ECUs by clearing all active power-off requests. Normal power management resumes for all feeds.

Procedure notes

All components with active power-off requests will regain LV power. Vehicle must be in Factory Mode or Service Mode Plus.

Actuate Thermal Components

Set Thermal components to target positions for one minute or sweep them twice between end points. The routine will complete when all components have reached their target positions. Until then, other components will remain at their target positions or continue sweeping. Unselected components will default to a target position that minimizes noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH).
