Set condition
When the Autopilot ECU boots, communication cannot be established with the fisheye camera.
Clear condition
Communication issue is rectified with the fisheye camera, ECU is rebooted, and camera is initialized.

With Service Mode Plus enabled, open Service Alerts → All. Review the other alerts for clues to the cause of APP_w135.
