When the Autopilot ECU boots, communication cannot be established with the cabin camera (selfie cam).
Clear condition
Communication issue is rectified with the cabin camera (selfie cam), ECU is rebooted, and camera is initialized.

With Service Mode Plus enabled, open Service Alerts → All. Review the other alerts for clues to the cause of APP_w147.
