Input wiring terminals are too hot as detected by non-contact infrared (IR) sensor.
Potential impact
Charging rate will be reduced by 50 percent and red LEDs blink once.
Set condition
Input wiring terminal IR emission exceeds threshold.
Clear condition
Input wiring terminal IR emission falls below threshold.
