Alert description
Drive Inverter (DI) running-feedback (fdbk) pin to Secondary Disconnect Controller (SDC) is in an irrational state.
Potential impact
The SDC may not detect that the drive inverter is present at startup, which could result in overlapping pyro self-tests.
Set condition
Sets when DI UART data is active but running-feedback pin state is low.
Clear condition
Clears when DI running-feedback pin is set, or Universal Asynchronous Receiver-Transmitter (UART) communication stops.
