Potential impact
Pyro disconnect may not function as expected.
Set condition
Sets when HV backup rail voltage measured low while Power Good (PGOOD) hardware signal to SDC is asserted.
Clear condition
Clears when HV backup rail voltage reads within nominal or expected range.
