Secondary Disconnect Controller (SDC) phase voltage sensors are providing irrational values.
Potential impact
Pyro disconnect may not function as expected.
Set condition
Sets when at least one phase voltage measurement remains low while voltage should be constantly switching between low and high.
Clear condition
Clears when all phase voltage measurements are within rational or expected range.
